What happens when the trial ends?
Your company moves to the Free plan and keeps everything it has: every person, record and message. Limits only stop the next thing being added, never take away what is there. Choose a plan at any time from Settings → Billing.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up with your work address, confirm it, and the trial starts.
What if we go over a limit?
Nothing you have is switched off. CloseLoom refuses the next invitation, automation or upload past the limit and tells you which limit it was.
Is call review included?
Call reviews are an add-on, priced per minute of recorded call that is reviewed. A failed or refused review is never billed. Ask us to turn it on for your company.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancelling changes nothing today: you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and then move to the Free plan with everything you have.
